Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8am to 4pm and Friday from 8am to 3pm. Please call our office at (425) 678-6897 or fill out the appointment request form provided. We will make every effort to schedule you as promptly as possible at a date and time most convenient to you.
Your First Visit
At your initial appointment, we will conduct a limited or comprehensive examination, depending on your referral. This initial visit takes approximately 60 minutes. We will review and update your medical/dental history, radiographs, and perform a thorough oral and periodontal exam. Intraoral photos may also be taken as well as a 3D CBCT scan of the jaws and bone.Please note: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the exam appointment.
We will review our findings, diagnosis and discuss the treatment plan with you in detail. In most cases we will be able to present your treatment plan, review finances and discuss scheduling at your first appointment. In other cases we may need to develop a plan with other practitioners and bring you back for a second consultation at no additional charge.
Please bring the following with you to your first appointment
- Referral form from your dentist and x-rays sent over
- Dental and Medical Insurance Information if applicable
- A list of medications you are currently taking
